Our experienced team of RN’s and LPN’s are here to accommodate your simple or complex clinical care needs. Our hands-on team will work with you and your physician to develop a plan of care that meets your needs and goals. We are here to assist and train you, your family members or caregivers to provide you with the tools needed to live a better more independent and safe life.

Therapy Services

We offer a team of professionals to provide you or your loved one therapy at your place of residence:

  • Physical Therapy – The goal of physical therapy is to relieve pain, restore function and obtain and maintain maximum performance. Nursing Plus works in conjunction with your physician and uses the latest in teaching, exercise, massage and applicable therapy treatments and modalities to achieve this. Physical therapists most often treat functional problems such as balance issues, poor endurance, difficulty walking and poor muscle strength.
  • Occupational Therapy – The focus of occupational therapy is to help a person achieve independence in his or her day to day life. Occupational Therapist’s focus on activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Occupational therapists are trained to identify problems in these areas and design treatments to improve function. In addition, recommendations are made if needed for walkers, tub benches, commodes, grab bars and other adaptive devices.
  • Speech Therapy – Speech therapy is a treatment that focuses on improving a person’s ability to communicate effectively and eat/drink safely. Speech therapist typically focus on speech, voice, language, cognition, and swallowing.
Home Health Aide Services

Home health aides are available to assist you or your loved one with maintaining personal hygiene, preparing meals and maintaining a healthy safe environment.

Medical Social Workers

Medical Social Workers may be provided to help find solutions for older adults and families that address the personal, social and environmental challenges that come with aging. These professionals help ensure the needs of their clients are met. They may help with financial issues, obtaining community resources, social problems and in general help navigate through the challenges of health care.

Private Duty Services

Private duty services (RN’s, LPN’s, therapists and home health aides) are available for shift or hourly care for those individuals that request or require additional services on a private pay basis.
